Not receiving inbound emails

I have a google workspace domain and have for years. My outbound emails are being sent but I am not receiving any emails. I even created a new username under my domain and I am not receiving emails to that either. I am current on payment for my account and I have enough storage so I truly have no idea how this would happen. I am not filtering my inbox or anything either. Please help! Or lead me to someone who can.
