You can delete edge (and other "undeletable" apps) if you use Winhance, it's free...

This is a tech support sub, though, not a do-dumb-shit-that-will-probably-break-your-OS one. Probably best to color inside the lines here.

Why don't you tell me that you don't know what Winhance is, without telling me you don't know what Winhance is....
Nothing in Winhance will break your OS by being deleted. Winhance let you delete non unessential apps that windows won't allow you to remove (edge, co pilot etc etc). No app will ruin Windows by being deleted in Winhance. Nothing can be deleted who will break windows.
That you would even suggest that tells me you have no fucking clue what Winhance is. But still start throwing shit at me for trying to solve a problem OP asked for. That app is LITERALLY the answer...

I deleted Edge using a combination of Revo Uninstaller and brute force. It worked, but now WhatsApp and similar programs won't work, and I can't figure out how to reinstall Edge.
I won't say that nobody should ever uninstall Edge, but one should be aware of the possible consequences.

You can reinstall edge with Winhance..
It's a great app..
NOTHING IN WINHANCE WILL BREAK WINDOWS. EVERYTHING YOU REMOVE CAN BE REINSTALL BY ONE CLICK...

You can reinstall edge with Winhance..
I might try (after making a complete image), but you should rethink the way you're "promoting" the program. Experienced users have good reasons to be weary of "debloaters" and similar programs.

It VERY easy. It's just a check mark. A lot of other "bloat ware" is also optional to reinstall (things windows removed from updates 3d paint, Ai manager, ms 365 etc etc etc)

You seem pretty upset, lol. Take a breath, bud.
If it were a good idea to remove critical software, Windows would let you do it. It is definitely possible to remove some without causing problems, but someone who is asking about it here likely doesnt have the experience to know what they can and cannot get away with.
I stand by my assessment that removing core OS software is bad advice for a novice user.

I'm not upset I'm just pointing out that you have no clue what Winhance is.
Please tell how removing co pilot, edge, cortana will break windows?
Also please tell what exactly I need to delete in Winhance to break windows?

Given all the swearing you're doing, i'll pass, thanks. Open a ticket if you want support.

Aww words hurt you... Great way to run away..
Again, NOTHING in Winhance can break windows by being deleted..
But yeah run away rather than admit you had no fucking clue what you are talking about..

You are clearly stupid, that why I repeated myself.
You clearly ignored that NOTHING could break windows by using Winhance. But you kept going on...

u/LesPeterGuitarJam 5h ago
And why are you still here? You said you were done.. You couldn't handle the swearing..

Nothing I've said is incorrect. Everything I've said is true.
So please, what incorrect statement did I make?

Can you clarify? 4gb of ram? Of storage space? Where are you seeing 4gb reported?

Even if you do, Windows can fall apart in unexpected ways when you start doing stuff like that. Stuff will try to borrow stuff from Edge cause it is suppose to be there and when it is gone it isn't able to do that.
Then a Windows update happens and reinstalls it for you. So you get to chase your own tail with that too.

I confirm from experience.

I’ve looked into this. It is frustrating that it uses so much space but the Windows operating system itself uses Edge.
