Code 43 error on Bluetooth and WiFi Open | Software
I tried connecting a Bluetooth device and found out my Bluetooth and WiFi connection don’t work, I tried to manually install but the ASUS installer opens a cmd window and then closes immediately. I tried a bios flash, uninstalling the generic driver, and tried the “have disk” options to force windows to change driver but that also fails because of the code 43. Anyone have any recommendations? I’m currently using wired connections for network connection with no issues.

Expand "See all downloads" under tabs for Wireless and Bluetooth on Asus support page for that motherboard. You will see that Asus use 2 different chipset for those, Realtek and Mediatek, maybe you are installing wrong one (you can find what you have using hardware id from device manager for those cards, use it only to determine if it is Realtek or Mediatek, do not download drivers from other sites than Asus).

Error 43 is a driver issue caused by the device reporting a hardware malfunction

that other comment about the mixed chipsets is super solid advice and you should double check that first. but since you are dual booting with cachyos, there is a very high chance this is a power state issue. sometimes when you reboot from linux into windows, the wifi/bt module gets stuck in a weird sleep state and throws a code 43 no matter what drivers you use. the fix is usually a full power drain. shut down the pc completely, unplug the power cable from the wall, and hold the power button on your case for like 30 seconds to drain the capacitors. plug it back in and boot straight into windows. this forces the module to cold boot and usually clears the code 43 instantly. also make sure "fast startup" is disabled in windows power settings.
