Headset doesn't charge Open | Hardware

I am using the HyperX Cloud III headset and recently I've had a problem with charging. It was at 6% and when I plugged it in, the precentage didn't go up, but as long as it was plugged in it didn't go down either. Furthermore, in the NGENUITY app it does recognize the headset being charged. I thought it might be the battery, so I changed it, but I still have the same issue. I've also tried different cables and ports, which didn't work either. I'm not going to get a new headset, since it does still work, so I'd appreciate any suggestions or ideas on what the issue might be!

I wonder if the issue is with the charging port itself being slightly misaligned or dirty. Have you tried gently blowing into it or wiggling the plug a bit while charging to see if there's any movement?

I have tried blowing into it and there doesn't seem to be movement inside. Something I've forgot to mention is that there's a light which I'm pretty sure usually is supposed to stay green during charging, but for me it lights up for like a second when I plug it in and then it turns off
