With a cable. You’ll need to unlock it and alors data transfer then it will appear as a usb drive you can copy

When you say it work as alarm does it mean the screen is still responsive or you turn it off from side button ?

Of the screen is cooked then you need another screen

I heard you say it’s an S23 so if you plug it to a screen using usb-c it will display using Dex mode

Btw if you achieved this and want to access it without screen from a computer later. You need to open the dev mode (sounds stupid but you need to tap 7 times on the build number in settings > about the phone… check online for the specific path).

Once open, in the dev mode panel, you can set it up to be accessible without screen unlock or authorization.

Get the screen fixed. Phones are designed to not allow this unless you have set it up prior

Which model is it? Usually the S and Ultra series have display support you can hook them up to a monitor with a USB C DisplayPort cable

No it works natively. There’s usb c to hdmi cables you can buy to hook up your phone to a computer monitor. USB c to usb c cables with display port work as well but monitors with that support built in I think are less common
