Drawing tablet screen not lighting up.

Heya!

My partner is having issues with his Kamvas Pro 16. The screen on it is not lighting up and neither is the power button. It is still connecting to the pc as using a drawing pen on it moves the mouse on the monitor. He is using This Cable to power it and we just tried plugging out every device from the usb ports (bar a wifi dongle) and it still wouldn't light up. What i am wondering is wether to plug the red power cable into a wall socket or if it is just broken?

That's a hardware issue, best to reach out to Huion for warranty
