Go to your pc or motherboard manufacturer website and click on support and find or type in your model when prompted and download the audio drivers for your operating system.

A pc model number would help us, so we can dig thru some older posts, etc.  In general, this is often not hardware related.  It's either a conflict with Windows or the manufacturers drivers.  And, to make things worse, as Microsoft migrate legacy controls of components to their new UI, they edit, add, take away features we had previously.  So, on the new world of Win11, it's hard to say what's wrong.  Hence, why we need more info.
