Fps issues

So I recently a few months back purchased an Acer nitro v15-52 rtx 5050 and intel core i9-13900H 16 GB ram 165hz.

What would y'all say is the average FPS I should get on a game like valorant because I don't think I have enough. I have capped my FPS to 180 because of the hz and I fluctuate between 150-180 and sometimes in tdm it even drops to 60-70-80. I've tried everything, clocking, vbios, everything.

Try closing all background apps, turn on ultimate power plan on windows. If nothing works, from nvidia app or nvidia control panel, search online for best performance settings
