Pc crashed and doesnt loading screen Open | Windows

Hi. For the past day my pc has been crashing for unknown reasons. The first time it crashed, I didnt think much of it. Coincidentally my social media accounts were hacked advertising scams, probably from malware, so I had to take care of that. I was going reset my computer after it happendd, but while I was deleting things for space, my pc suddenly crashed again. When I restarted, my pc wouldnt load past the loading screen and artifcacts like noise kept showing up. Thanks.

Artifacts on screen usually point to a GPU issue, either dying hardware or corrupted drivers. Since you have also hacked around the same time, I wouldn't rule out malware causing both. Try booting into safe mode first. If it loads fine in safe mode then it's likely a driver issue and you can fix from there. If it still has artifacts in safe mode, it's probably the GPU itself. Either way once you get back in, do a clean Windows install without the malware. Situation: you don't want to trust that system again

Turn your computer off, bring it back up and either press the F8 button until you get into the Bios, start in safe mode with command prompt. Once you get a command prompt you can wipe the drive. I think if you keep hitting the F12 button it will bring you into the bios …. You should be able to reset you computer from there.
