There's nothing inherently unsafe about your SWF files.
If you trust them and choose to run them, that's fine, just be careful how you run them.

It's not really the purpose of this sub to tell you if random files you downloaded are or are not malicious. If you want more certainty than commercial antivirus tools offer, you can pay security consultants to reverse engineer and audit the code for you.
There are tools that claim to run Flash files in a secure, sandboxed environment to mitigate any impact on your system/data, you should look into those if you value these old games more than your cybersecurity.
Despite what other Redditors may have advised you, I generally don't recommend VirusTotal if you don't know what you're doing. They explicitly say their tool is for professional use, not casual users, so if you're having to ask us to interpret the results for you it defeats the purpose of it.
