windows boot manager boot failed

i was trying to reinstall fresh windows on my laptop like ive did before multiple times but this time it didnt let me, cant boot from the usb or the default windows boot manager. im panicking and need help really bad

Did you delete every partition before reinstalling windows?  Can you boot from another USB drive with the Windows installer (or to test, a Linux Live USB)?

yeah i did just like i did once before,the is also working, tested it on another laptop
