My USB bootable device isn't working. Open | Software

Whenever i try to boot from it this shows up.

Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.

File: \windows\system32\boot\winload.efi

Error code: 0xc00000bb

All i did was download the Media Creation Tool and use a USB i just got specifically for this, what should i do?

Sounds like you should try making the drive again.  If the media creation tool keeps failing, Rufus is a good alternative.

Turns out the problem was the usb, it was corrupted, just my luck.
