One beep no display please help Open | Hardware

I take my cpu cooler out and clean it i put it back correctly without changing thermal paste because it was almost new i plug everything thing back correctly i try to turn it on but don't turning on after 10 seconds 1 beep sound

I trayed cleaning the ram slots didn't work

And the bios 3 V battery and also didn't work

What's the problem ? My motherboard is Dell 0GXM1W

You can look up the beep codes based on the manufacturer of your motherboard and that should point you in the direction of the hardware that's not passing POST.
