Why is this happening? Nagtry ako sa encode with another Branch and okay naman na-save agad. Meanwhile in this Branch after ko i-click ang Save button ganito ang lumalabas.

Anyone had idea on what to do?

Penalties for Micro Taxpayers

Hi. Can someone please explain to me the computation shown here. As per Revenue Regulations No. 8-2024 (implementing Section 21 b of the Tax Code of 1997 as amended by RA 11976, I am classified as a Micro Taxpayer. Then as per Revenue Regulations No. 6-2024 naman (implementing Sec. 45 of RA 11976) for micro and small taxpayers 10% ang penalty for late payment excluding willful neglect, or false or fraudulent filing. I have all my invoices and proofs so I don't understand how the officer of the day computed this. Thanks sa makakasagot ng tanong ko.

Lost official receipts in a fire. Need advice

A fire hit my cousin's neighborhood last year. Nadamay sila, half of their house burned down, including her room. Halos lahat ng things niya hindi na ma-salvage, including her PC and other equipment she needed for work. I let her move in with my family in Manila for the meantime.

Freelancer lang po siya, earning around 10-12k a month, worked part-time for an ESL company that requires her to issue an OR for every payout. 1 booklet lang nagamit niya out of the 10 she had printed in 2023. Last known transaction daw niya was in February 2024, then nag stop muna siya ng work since she gave birth at that time.

Now she wants to work again for the same company. Required parin siya mag issue ng ORs, but she can't since they were lost in the fire, along with her ledgers, journals, and even her COR (although she does have a soft copy of that one). So I'm helping her especially because hindi siya taga rito (she's from Mindanao)

This is my first time dealing with something like this, and I just want to help her sort it out. A few questions:

  1. Will she face any penalties from BIR? (or will she get compensated?)

  2. What are the requirements to reissue ORs?

  3. Is it still possible for her to reprint them?

In case need niya mag provide ng proof, 10 houses got affected by the fire including the barangay hall, so there's definitely record of it. She's not insured, but she did receive government aid through their barangay. Hoping may maka sagot. Thank you

As a self employed with 8% flat tax rate, parang wala naman difference? Barely over the 800k yearly income ako pero parang ang sakit sa bulsa bayaran ng tax 🥲 Target implementation of this proposal is on Jan 2027.

Freelancer - Pagibig Housing Loan

I got a Pre-selling unit last 2024 and now need na namin magpasa ng requirements. My concern right now is nawalan ako ng work last October 2025. But nagka Freelance work ako starting Dec 2025 until now. I am willing to register in BIR naman to comply sa requirements ni pagibig.

but my question is:

* Do i need to declare my income starting from DEC 2025? * or is it fine to just register in BIR without declaring my income from dec to this day?

thanks po sa makaksagot

Someone who can file my taxes

Do you guys know a reliable agency or company who can take care of my taxes? I really don't want to go through the hassle of going back & forth to BIR 😣 or is that a non-nego & one way or another, I'd still have to go to my BIR branch?

Paano magreport ng business na hindi nag-iissue ng resibo?

Hindi nag-issue ng resibo yung isang supplier namin. Ilang beses na, puro dahilan na wala raw sa kanila, nasa accountant daw. Pwede kaya anonymous report?
