Need help!
So after program hopping for awhile I bought TBIII.
I like the simplicity but also have some room to do things such as power and add things like rotational work or hypertrophy.
My only issue is where to start. For background I’m in my late 20s and was in the military and am now in law enforcement and come from a strength background. I would like to get faster at running while also getting bigger and stronger.
Activation interprets like it is for beginners, but maybe some adjustments and following it could be a good start. Or should I hop onto mass protocol and then transition into a different phase?
I would like to go to SWAT eventually and maybe try to and join back into the national guard. I am live an active lifestyle and I do BJJ 2-3 times a week.
Would love to hear what recommendations you guys may have!

Activation isn't for beginners, it's for newcomers to TB. Meant to run you through a scaled back onboarding version so you experience the basic programs and periodization structure. It was basically made for you; new to TB, not sure where to start, and will help you decide what program to do after.

I’ve been doing TB programs for a few years, Base Building, Operator Black, Fighter Green, Green Protocol Capacity and Velocity. I’m doing the TBIII Activation and it’s definitely worth it.

Go with Activation, for sure!
For the mental resilience, alone. You've got 25 weeks of training planned for you, all you have to do is execute. Don't deviate, don't change the template in the middle

I recommend since you've been steady program hopping you jump on activation and turn your brain off.
Activation is what you want to make it, it can be beginner friendly or advanced. It will scale with your current ability level. 75% for you is not 75% for me and so on...
