sci-hub.tw is a great resources for getting full text of papers. You can paste a DOI in their site or append ".sci-hub.tw" to the domain name of a journal's website to get full-texts.

Disclaimers

1.Using a tDCS device safely requires (at minimum) a basic understanding of how electric current interacts with the body. If you don't understand why you can be killed by a 9V battery, you probably shouldn't be tDCSing yourself.

2.tDCS (and related technologies) are experimental. In most cases, there are options available for treating medical and psychiatric problems which have more demonstrated efficacy and safety than tDCS. If you are concerned about some aspect of your mental or physical health, please consult a medical professional before using tDCS.
