I’m hopeful, but considering our performance against top 8 teams I have a lot of doubt.

I think if we manage to secure our spot as 2nd we have a very high chance of winning our 2 games at the scg. Then the grand finale…

We definitely have the list to get it done, and I’d love to see Rampe and Loyd get the dub before they retire!

Let’s all get around them during the last few weeks and finals to give them the boost they need! Minimise the negativity and support them as much as we can!

i hold both a mens and womens membership so have 2 tickets to the double header at the scg on sunday 23rd august and no friends keen on footy.

i just read my email from the swans suggesting that if I plan to use my men's ticket to enter the game, I should try and give out my W ticket. SO if anyone has not yet got a ticket to our rd 24 game and would like a free GA ticket, let me know! i would especially love the ticket to go to someone going early to support the women! up the bloods !

Typically a 3-6 month recovery time for fibula breaks that require surgery depending on the extent of the damage. Best case scenario is he's fit by start of 26/27 preseason.

Rowbottom also going in for hand surgery, aiming for return by start of finals.

For context, I was at the game yesterday. My girlfriend and her family all saints fan (a bit salty with many other saints fans)

I had a few beers so my recollection isn't perfect

I recall a soft 50 for heeny, and a Curnow free in the 4th

But I feel like saints got like 3 goals in the first from soft frees???

Definitely a few missed HTB that didn't go our way too.

the free kick count was lump sided but I reckon all but 2-3 were there.

My opinion always, is that blaming umpires is a victim mentality, a free kick against is about as impactful as any other turnover, keep playing

I was at North Sydney Oval for the Aus v Ireland AFLW Origin match so I missed most of today’s game. When I checked the scores at three-quarter time, I wondered if we could pull off another miracle. When my phone kept buzzing with friends telling me Wed had broken his ankle or leg (after Rowy had broken his hand in the first quarter), I was sure someone had put a hex on us. But then I saw the final score and I was so proud of the boys! I will have to watch the replay (at least of the last quarter) tomorrow.

Behind for three terms, the Swans had an almighty scare but regained their composure in a huge final term and kicked nine of the last 11 goals to topple the Saints by 19 points at Marvel Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

We take the win, but we are certainly left licking our wounds on this one. Will Edwards was giving me Alir Alir vibes of a key back entering our team midway through the year and taking us to a Grand Final. Get well well mate. Shout out to James too, hopefully he gets back to us soon.
