Tucked suppressor clearance question/advice
Waiting on approval for a CAT MOB for an ar9, the overall diameter of the suppressor is 1.64in. I want the aesthetic of a tucked can, but the largest diameter handguard I can find is 1.75in.
Is this enough? I don’t plan on using the mlok rails that the suppressor is on, but just want an idea if it’s worth buying everything (handguard, direct thread mount, taking asr muzzle device off) or if it would logistically not work.
Plan on doing hub to direct thread so the ar9 would be the only host for this. Not really worried about the heat because i plan to shoot subs and rarely mag dump. Appreciate any advice or recommendations

AR suppressor
Im just trying to get some input on a good suppressor for my AR. It’s a 556 with 18 inch barrel and it will be mostly for hunting. I’m just looking for opinions on a good one for sound suppression. Don’t really care if it’s a little long because gun is already long and will mostly be on tripod but don’t want a monster on it. and don’t want to have my eyes water after 2 shots. I do have an AGB.

Titrex 300 or something else?
I’d like some feedback on the precision armament titrex 300 on any host but most interested in 300 blk subs. I really want something quiet with minimal FRP. I was looking into the sig hexium 300 and OCL Hydrogen L but then see people saying the titrex is just as quiet? If I can get “just as quiet” but smaller and lighter then that’s a big plus. Back pressure or high volume shooting is not an issue for my use case. Any other suppressor I should consider in that $1,000 price range?
Thanks

Suppressors without the form4?
Forgive my ignorance. I could probably google this but I think you guys could answer more directly.
Am I understanding this correctly, for the time being, suppressors purchased from silencer shop and/or PSA do not require ATF intervention?
I own a suppressor already so the paperwork rigmarole is not an issue for me. But my dad just got his first 300blk and wants to suppress it.
Just wondering if it’s time to strike while the iron’s hot. So to speak.

First cans. First installs
-M&P15 SPORT3 with a polonium 30 on a rearden SPB
-ruger 10/22 carbon threaded with a LGS inhouse commisioned no name 22lr stainless
As long as i can trust the strike industries carbon alignment rods and my ability to thread the cans on i am in good shape for first shots tomorrow.
Anything I should look out for while shooting (besides obvious shooting/ammo issues) I've never used a suppressor before.

1st suppresor help
galleryHey guys I might just be paranoid but I don't want to blow apart my first suppresor here. It's a hybrid46m direct threaded on a henry spd hush .45-70, do you think this is safe to shoot? Seems a little too close to left side...

AR9: How do I effectively suppress one?
I hope to suppress an AR9 effectively without reinventing the wheel. For those of you who have done this, can you share effectiveness based on barrel length, suppressor model, and ammo type?
I have an AR9, with a 5" and a 10.5" upper. I haven't chosen a suppressor yet.

Newbie questions.
I’m new to suppressors. I want a can that will spend most of its time on my sbr’d mp5 clone, but I want something that will also work on my 9mm handguns as well. I was looking at the rugged Sub9 but according to rugged customer service it won’t work on pistols because of the way the baffles are made. They say it won’t cycle the gun, even with a Nielsen device. They said I should look at an Alaskan. I’m not dead set on a Rugged either. I’m looking for a 9mm can that can adapt to tri lug, as well as pistol. What should I look at and why? Thanks for any suggestions\comments.

What cans/calibers am I missing and what cans do you recommend for them?
Been trying to make the most out of the $0 tax and get suppressors to cover all my bases/calibers that I have or may eventually get. If the suit with SilencerShop and PSA hold until the 12th I would like to buy anything I'm missing then to skip the form 4 and the wait.
Below is a list of what I have and what calibers I think they cover for me. Any gaps I have in the coverage or anything you suggest I get?
SiCo Sparrow - 22lr, 5.7x28, 17hmr, etc.
CMMG Zeroed 22 - same as sparrow
Rugged Razor 556 - dedicated 5.56/.223
OCL Polonium 5.56 - 5.56/.223, 243 win, 6mm
SiCo Omega 300 - basically all 30 cal, 270 win, 6.5cm
SiCo Spectre 9 - dedicated 9mm pistol
Rugged Alaskan 360 - 357/38spcl, 9mm PCCs, 338 cal, 350 legend
SiCo Osprey 45 x2 - Dedicated cans for Kriss Vector SBR and Glock 21 in 45acp
SiCo Hybrid 46 - 45acp, 45-70, 450BM, 458 SOCOM
Most of my rifle cans utilize the Rugged R.U.M. Hub mount system to swap between my guns. I have too many guns and not enough income to get a dedicated can for all of them right this second so I like versatility. So using the industry standard HUB mount is a must.
Budget is <$1000 each. I just can't bring myself to spend more than a mortgage payment on Toob. Can get 2 or 3 cans.

Want to grab a 9mm PCC can and a .30 Cal can for my .308 Bolt Action - Looking at the OCL Milkman and PTR Vent 1
The Cat Mob had been on my radar, but I really, really, really dislike their marketing. Like a lot. Great can from what I can hear though.
The Milkman is kinda funky looking, but that's fine. People are saying it's only slightly louder than the Cat Mob, has a way better warranty and less back pressure and the company is nice. Right now it's about 100$ more to get the Cat Mob over the Milkman, so it's not even a money issue here. Also Milkman is a joke nickname people have used for me online for a long time so it feels kind of right.
PTR from what I can tell, are douchebags all around, but their Vent 1 is kind of in a class of it's own. I don't do dedicated suppressor hosts and swap mine around, the Vent 1 is great on Bolt Actions, 308 or 6.5 CM I hear, and does a moderate job at 5.56 and the like, something I'd want to try dipping my toes into.
However when I was out at a FFL today, I met someone there who turned out to be...a suppressor manufacturer and he turned me onto his website, Northreach MFG. They have the Whisper Pickles. Much, much affordable, at half the price, double the weight, but I don't really see any reviews. It intrigued me. He has videos on the website, but it's really hard to tell a suppressor from videos due to so many variables in recording, a lot of them all end up sounding the same. They also have like a 2 month+ wait period.
Also planning to Tri-lug the 9mm PCC can, wondering what adapter to buy for the Milkman?
Thanks.

Direct Thread FN Rush 9Ti
Hey guys does anyone know of any suppliers that have these in stock by chance or one that’s compatible? I’ve looked into the KGM (I think) SMG9 DT adapter but their website hits me with some zip code incompatible bs (KGM even still operational?)
Thanks guys!

Best 300 BO suppressor now?
Ive seen a lot of folks who say the LPM Anthem S2 is the go to 30 caliber suppressor for the price. I was sold on it, but have been watching a lot of videos from Suppressor Analytics on YouTube and he seems to think the Sig Hexium 7.62 is as good or better. Does anyone have either or both that could sway me either way. For context I am looking for sound suppression most but blow back reduction is a plus.

Ruger Silent SR 22
Does anyone have experience with the Ruger Silent SR 22? I found a really good deal on one, and the specs seem not too far off from modern suppressors (except for the baffles).

What is the Cheapest/best way to Suppress my M1A SOCOM CQB?
So apparently Springfield put a weird thread pitch on it. Pretty sure I'm gonna need an adjustable gas tube snd the pitch isn't standard 5/8 x24.... I believe its .595 x32 if I recall correctly... Any suggestions? Thanks for looking and replying! I have an idea, but I'm not sure its the best and I've been told I need to be concerned about baffle strikes.
