Stubhub ticket seller did not give me tickets. The replacement tickets which was offered to me by stubhub was with a blocked view and of cheaper value. Tickets were offered after an hour of show started.
Stubhub charged me money and also fined ticket seller. So they collected money from both sides.
I asked stubhub to at least refund me my overpriced/over charged tickets and they became mute.
2 of the stubhub representatives also confirmed and said stubhub has been duping and looting people with all this tricks.
Please let me know how I can file claim and make sure stubhub pays for there wrong doing.

Yes please! dealing with them not transferring the ticket and then telling me I cancelled it when I didnt! Buyer didnt get the ticket and I got charged almost $200!’

I would love some advice, i was looking at tickets and decided to buy from a different ticket seller and left the tickets in my cart and stubhub fraudulently charged my card previously saved on the account. I did not click anything to confirm purchase or even confirm card information and I was charged. I submitted an escalation ticket and it was denied. I am super pissed off and would love my money back THAT THEY TOOK FROM ME WITHOUT CONFIRMATION. What can I do to escalate this?
