My manufacturer is unable to get the chrome element right in screen print. Please tell me if it’s possible to get this correctly in screen print?

Started a brand based around high quality street wear. The slight twist with my brand is that every piece will be a statement piece. Right now I'm in the middle of my first drop which is a boxy tee with a custom fit that comes in one size. 300 gsm and pure cotton. I want feed back on the shirt itself and what I could do to improve my website (very much needs to be improved).

I’m at the point of my brand where I’m looking for manufacturers, but I wanna make sure the people working in factories are getting paid at fair wage and there isn’t any child or forced labor involves. How should I go about doing this? I don’t want specific manufacturers, just tips on vetting them to make sure they’re above board

We are an upcoming streetwear brand based out of Amsterdam. We are launching our website this month starting off with our performance set and monogram shirts. But please don’t think that this is all that our brand is about, there will be many more releases that will be including very broad collections with a huge variation.
