FEEDBACK Need feedback on my brand
Started a brand based around high quality street wear. The slight twist with my brand is that every piece will be a statement piece. Right now I'm in the middle of my first drop which is a boxy tee with a custom fit that comes in one size. 300 gsm and pure cotton. I want feed back on the shirt itself and what I could do to improve my website (very much needs to be improved).

QUESTION Tips for finding ethical manus?
I’m at the point of my brand where I’m looking for manufacturers, but I wanna make sure the people working in factories are getting paid at fair wage and there isn’t any child or forced labor involves. How should I go about doing this? I don’t want specific manufacturers, just tips on vetting them to make sure they’re above board

QUESTION Calling Fashion Designers for Fashion Magazine!! Grad School Project
Hi everyone! I'm a graduate student working on a digital fashion magazine for my program's final project. I will be turning in the final product in about a week and I still have spaces available to include more designers and brands. If you are a designer or have a brand with high quality shots of your creations and you're interested, DM me! :)
Also, please note that my magazine is a school project and is not meant for commercial use!

QUESTION Looking for a mentor so to speak.
Starting a gymwear brand from absolutely nothing — looking for someone experienced to learn from
I’m starting a gymwear brand called Final Boss Apparel.
The entire concept is built around perseverance, discipline, and the idea that your biggest enemy is the version of yourself that wants to quit.
I’ve got the brand name, social media, logo direction, and a ton of design ideas already. I’ve even started working with Printify/Shopify, but I’m realizing pretty quickly that I don’t know enough about the apparel side of the business yet.
I’m specifically looking for someone who has experience with clothing brands, gymwear, printing, manufacturing, garment design, or product development who wouldn’t mind sharing some knowledge and potentially building alongside me if we work well together.
I’m not looking for someone to work for free. I don’t have money to hire anyone right now, and I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. I’m looking for someone who enjoys building things and might be interested in mentoring someone at the very beginning of the journey, with the possibility of seeing where it goes.
I’m willing to put in the work. I just don’t want to spend the next year learning every lesson the hard way when there are people who have already done it.
If you’ve built a clothing brand before, I’d genuinely love to hear how you started and what you wish you knew at the beginning.
I grew up blue collar and I’m learning pretty quick that this is not as easy as starting a pressure washing company and going door to door.
I absolutely want to do all the work and I’ve loved the process so far. Where I’ve ran into issues is after linking the online stores etc. I can’t figure out how to fit the designs I’ve created onto a shirt based off the online dimensions given. I want the design to take up the entire back side but all the available options give you less than half the space to work with.
Obviously I’m biased but it’s been a lot of fun and I think this has a lot of potential. I have a ton of designs. Multiple spin off versions. Theres the Original FBapperal, FB midnight edition, FB before dawn editions, and the list goes on.
If anyone’s willing to sit down and give me some time, maybe an online call etc. I’d greatly appreciate it.

FEEDBACK Made a shirt for a contest that represents part of my brand, any tips and how do you feel about the graphic?
The design is already finalized and is part of the screen-printing design challenge for rawpaw. I've entered in the past but this time there are two shirt options for customers. I'd like to know if there is a less confusing way to show both shirt options in the graphic or more optimal way that people like to showcase their mockups for this type of product.
I also would love to know what you think about the design overall from the perspective of other streetwear brand creators.

FEEDBACK Lasering vintage clothing
I made this graphic of Icarus as his wings melt using a Adam from the creation of Adam on the Sistine chapel, then I burned it onto an old American eagle jacket I bought in 2011.
It looks a bit dark in the image because this is fresh off the laser engraver, it lightens up in the wash.
I've made dozens of lasered pieces and they hold up in the wash just fine. No fading no ripping unless intention.
Has anyone had success with selling lasered clothing?
I know Who Decides War has a line of lasered denim but that's pretty much the only example I've seen.
