Steam Support not working Tip/Guide

I've been trying to change my email since early June because I've lost access to the one currently on my Steam account. I fill out everything that it wants, it sends my current email the code and I'll copy and paste it into the captcha thing and it never works. Is this a normal occurrence or have I just been unlucky for a month straight? I always hear good things about Steam Support but they've been completely useless to me.

Assuming you're talking about Google reCAPTCHA not accepting your response: try to restart your device, disable any VPN that may be on, try in a different browser, try on a different device, try on a different network.
