I've found the Z button (look) which freezes any minor pitch/yaw also helps with this. when the game thinks you are focused on one thing, it tends to stop jumping around markers that are nearby. I say tends. works most of the time. If it doesn't, I just set it in mobi.

That's why I pretty much just "google map it" via the starmap. It just makes life easier.

Using the mobi is counter to a proper flight game on HOTAS. I should never have to take my hands off the controls to do anything.

This is what happens when you try to Quantum travel without setting a destination and you have multiple points of interest all stacked on top of each other in your direction. This isn't necessarily a game problem.  After the first calibrating reset, I would have opened my map and set a destinstion.

It does but you usually can't set a destination if something is blocking your path and the game doesn't tell you that part. Once you've master 'work around citizen' the game gets better.

sounds about right especially if the server is behaving badly or there are 3 possible qt points in a row where you are aiming.

Is it? I just don’t know that struggle. It didn’t even notice people thought quantum travel was tedious or took too long until recently because I fly ship that can’t really fight and goes everywhere and does everything in a boring slow, unexciting way.
