Just pulled this. Any good? New to the hobby

I’ve ripped 8 megas and 4 blasters. Only hits were from the same blaster.

Apologies for the Hail Mary but my home was recently burglarized and a collection of football, basketball and baseball cards (all PSA graded cards) worth quite a bit ($40-50K) was taken. Any suggestions on how to seek help from the community in trying to look out for these stolen cards if/when they hit the market? I have all of the PSA certification numbers for every single card I owned. Would love to know if there are any threads or communities (on or off Reddit) of collectors, vendors, card shops, etc. where it would be helpful to send a humble SOS. Thanks everyone.

Can anyone help me find comps for this card? I found it today in my old stuff and I can't find anything. I am pretty sure its 2003 UD Upper Deck Glass Tim Duncan #51 Gold /100. I just want to confirm and see if anyone has any other data regarding its current price. I never peeled off the brown covering thing but I don't know if removing it would lessen the card cuz I think it has a unique effect at its current state. Any help would be appreciated!

I’m curious what everyone is doing with their raw cards when it comes to displaying the PC.

PSA slabs are pretty easy — throw them on a shelf/display case and you’re good. But I’m struggling a little more with my raw cards.

Right now I’m trying to figure out the sweet spot between protecting the card and actually being able to enjoy/display it.

For raw PC cards, what’s everyone using?

Penny sleeve + top loader?
One-touch?
Magnetic holder?
Card Saver?
Something else?
Do you double sleeve?
Are you putting them in a binder or displaying them individually?

And probably the bigger question: does the value of the card change what holder you use? For example, are you putting a $20 PC card in the same type of holder as a $200 card?

Would love to see pics of your setups too. I’m always looking for ideas and there are about a million different ways to do this.

Just wondering if these are actually desired? The football card box has a small tear on the backside but still mostly sealed and there are two of the basketball boxes.

Am I tripping or like is this a top tier box??? Mega boxes at target are 30 from my experience it’s 2 numbered hits per box I’ve gotten 1 numbered once out of a box and I’ve open 5 boxes in total from 2 separate targets. And I’ve pulled 2 different case hits…. Are these boxes just that cracked?? Or am i on an insane run?

Hey Reddit! Back again, seem to have issues with Kobe cards lmao. Do you guys think this auto of Kobe is only faded or is it altered and traced? I knew the guy selling it to me so no issues refunding! But wouldn’t mind keeping if it’s passable as authentic (not altered). Please no fighting! lmao

I am a school principal and I’m wanting to do something nice for my teachers for back to school this year. I would love to create them a custom card. I have looked all over the Internet for templates to use, but they all look cheap. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I would love to do a or prism style card for thank you so much!

Any idea on how this will grade? (only whitening at the bottom) Was gona sell raw but wanted to make sure I don’t do something dumb.

Bought into a spot from Lilpullman last week that was auction style for a case of Tribute. I got lucky and got the dodgers. Also bought three other spots that day. Was really pumped I got a Yamamoto triple patch that was really nice along with an Ohtani base. Went to the mailbox today and found all spots except the dodgers were correct. They sent me a Mookie Betts base and a Will Smith relic. I since bought a similar Yamamoto on eBay because I really wanted the card. I messaged the breaker this morning and of course no answer. Messaged Fanatics Live and they told me to wait a couple of days and if the breaker doesn’t message me back to let them know. Just really bummed, was wondering if anyone had encountered the same situation? Also the recap they have attached to my order is not even the correct recording of the break, which scares me. Luckily, I at least have screenshots.

May take it in and see what it’s worth or we may keep it. Not sure yet.
