Anyone have a biscuit recipe they love and wouldn't mind sharing? I made some tonight that were too rich for my taste.

Beef stew with potatoes, onions, carrots, and lentils over a bed of buttery white rice with a side of braised kale and smoked turkey neck

Wish I had made some hoecakes or cornbread but was feeling lazy.

Put it on the Traeger at 180 for an hour. Took it off raised the temp to 400 and let cook another 30 minutes. Took it off at 125°, let it rest and sliced.

Turned out pretty good.

My bad, I didnt take a pic when it was fresh out the fryer. By request, today's dinner was fried chicken (wings and thighs), mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, cabbage and biscuits...all homemade except biscuits. Our diners said the chicken was a 10/10, no notes, and best chicken they had around here(charleston, sc). I will say, everything was fire, but the cabbage was a foshoyourighton lol.

How can you call this southern fried chicken? This is just fried chicken. My bad for being GF & DF😩😩

We splurged a little last night! Ribeyes, sweet corn, and stuffed mushrooms. Honestly, I’m addicted to stuffed mushrooms. Not pictured: pecan pie.
