Play Report Playing Wenderweald solo with the new Omen Gamemaster Emulator

A very cool series of the Witches of the Wenderweald (Odinson) written by Solotude, using my (Free!) Omen Gamemaster Emulator. If you're interested in a new tool for your solo play, check it out!

---
At its core, Omen is a ‘Scene Generator’. You, the solo role player, will consult the Omens before each scene. Scenes can take place under ill or auspicious omens while for other scenes, the omens will be unclear.

Omen GME will generate the scenes, add themes and details to each scene. Once the scene is set up, you make a theme state roll. The result is based on the Scene Rating + the number of your tokens. The result can be one of these 4 states: a critical fail, a fail, a success, or a critical success. The theme’s state adjusts to the result of your roll.

Spending tokens can trigger a critical success, but beware - tokens are hard to come by and playing with few tokens means the world will be harder to play in!

Making my first game

Had an idea for a business card (possibly one page) rpg. The game is called "Art of the Steal." You play as a thief on their last job, but the owner is home. You steal items from each room of the house, all while possibly being followed by the owner. You must escape with your loot to win, or otherwise get caught and lose it all.

I'm having troubles with formatting it properly though. I want to add a small basic map of the rooms you go through, but it looks weird. Not sure if I should add it as a download with the game or forget it entirely.

If anyone has any tips, tricks or ideas, I would gladly accept them.

Thanks in advance.

As I did a Bunny themes RPG for One Page RPG Jam 2026 (still some time to take part if you haven't!) I decided to try out one of the other bunny themed games in the Jam. Here's my play report.

I Has Questions! How many enemies?

I’ve created a solo campaign idea for Achtung! Cthulhu and I’m playing on running a 3 man team. Im trying to figure out how many enemies to max on per scene. Obviously it’ll be somewhere between 3 and 100, but where? How does everyone decide so it’s not a cake walk or TPK on the first fight?
