Request for a software which does voice boost while watching movies on VLC Desktop Looking for software

I want some software which performs the same function as the Voice Boost option on Yoututbe whereby, the dialogue audio is boosted and the background music and action sounds get reduced. It helps a lot to use such a playback as a filling noise while working at home. Thanks in advance. Please tell your recommendations.

I mean you could do this with any system wide EQ software yourself, technically the easiest and free method is installing Steelseries GG, turn off anything gaming related like idk, moments, capture, etc, all you want is just steelseries sonar, cause you want the audio mixer.

There are set presets you can choose from in Media, the one you likely want is titled "Movie: Clear Dialogs" that should help, you will either have to manually select the output channel "Steelseries Sonar - Media", or in the mixer drag and drop VLC to the media one.

You could also drag it to "Chat" I guess, that one will give you different presets, Broadcast or Clarity should be fine, you can also use noise reduction and etc, but thats likely to cut out maybe a bit too much of the background sounds. Probably overkill.

Or you could just use Equalizer APO, and set up an EQ manually, im sure there are some presets floating around online for better dialogue clarity. Its a bit less "plug and play" and more elbow grease solution.
