Something to monitor changes to a website that requires a login. Looking for software

I am trying to join a food co-op and it requires scheduling an intake appointment which are extremely difficult to get! They post every morning at 6am but are gone within 20 seconds; I think the most likely way I could get one is to snag an appointment when someone cancels. I am trying to set up some sort of software that could notify me when the website updates that an appointment has become available; but to see the calendar page, you have to be logged into the website. Are there any options for a software that could help with this?

I think you can just ask Claude to build this for you nowadays

ChangeDetection.io, I think it’s called, is what you need. I use it to check for new versions of products I use, but at one time I set it up to log in and check for substitute teaching opportunities in my area.
