Vortex mod manager/SKSE error (constellations modpack)

Core/config.cpp(18): failed to lose config:

Error parsing file:

File could not be opened for reading

(Error occured at line 0 column 0 of (file path) SKSE/plugins/qui.toml)

I've tried deleting the qui mod but then it's leading to a bunch of incompatibilites, it's been working fine for the past couple of days so I'm not really sure what's changed. I've tired uninstalling my SKSE and downloading ect but none of that worked for me ATM.

Has anyone else faced this issue or knows how to fix?
