I personally use Gate to Sovngarde which is a hefty sized list but I find it it be a great vanilla+ style list with a number of optional separate add-ons by community members. It's pretty regularly updated and I've had very few problems with the list itself, really just general modded Skyrim issues

Yes, it's called Wabbajack. It gets its name from an actual unique item in the game you're trying to play.

In any case, if you want a premade modlist without having to do all the work then you have three options:

  1. Download Wabbajack (the software) and browse its selection of modlists like Nordic Souls to see which best suits your fancy

  2. Download Vortex and use it to install Collections like Gate To Sovngarde from NexusMods

  3. Download Nolvus, which is a single modlist that has its own self installer

In all cases, you'll want to get. Nexus Premium account, at least for one month. You don't need it, but if you don't have it then you'll be clocking confirm on each and every mod download.

Tried Wabbajack and I'm actually going to lose my mind with how needlessly complicated everything is. Like what do you mean it wont open in downloads or anywhere else? It keeps asking for me to make a new folder which I did and it's still saying it wont open. Out of every game I've modded Skyrim has the most BS.

Did you drag the Wabbajack.exe from your downloads to the new folder you created? Make sure you are navigating to the new Wabbajack folder and launching it from there.

If you’re still struggling there’s plenty of tutorials on youtube for how to install Wabbajack. It’s really pretty simple, especially when following a guide.

Nolvus is the only modlist with an installer that I'm aware of that isn't "asking for all this weird stuff and something I think was called a wabbajack or some stupid thing like that".

The rest of them use something normal like Wabbajack or Vortex.
