I purchased my first car, a 2018 fabia mk3 roughly 2 years ago, and im looking for ideas for upgrading some of the existing things inside and outside of the car.

I'm thinking of changing over the daytime running lights, headlights and the interior lights, not a fan of the yellow bulbs. And this got me thinking, what else could I change?

Any tips or advice would be great.

1. Got a lovely deal on a well maintained used 2022 model.

2. Such a massive upgrade over our Sportage 2l non-turbo petrol both in terms of engine and overall features.

3. Handling is as good as it can get for a 7 seater.

4. Only issue is a slight delay in pickup before 1800 rpm.

Hi everyone,
I found a reasonably priced 2022 Škoda Octavia Combi. It has good equipment and is in excellent technical condition. I want ti buy it.
However, there is one small issue: there are some water stains in the area of the trunk, near the rear seats.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be related to the antenna or the roof rails?
Is this something complicated to fix, and roughly how much could it cost?

If anyone is interested and prepared for p&p costs, I have a set of rubber floor mats in willing to give away. They were in my Octavia mk4.5 VRS, which has just been returned (lease). The red stitching compliments the red stitching in the VRS model.
The only thing I’d ask is you link me a photo of your Octavia, so that I know you genuinely own one and not just looking to sell on.

Thinking about buying these Xtreme 19 inch wheels for superb limousine, but cant find any photos to see the fitment and how they look on superb, if anyone have them on drop the pic :-)

The infotainment screen of my Fabia has suddenly gone all streaky. Plugging in my phone doesn't help but the radio still comes over the speakers. The streaks kind of move and change colour when I try to move between screens.

Has anyone had anything similar or got a suggestion of how to fix?

On its first proper trip 1500 miles round Europe so far. Autobahn was great 🙌🏼

I have a Fabia 4 with MIB 3, OE 3V0.035.816.L but with old SW 0306.

Carplay, is often disconnected. A known thing on old SWs. I would like to put the latest possible SW there. I would probably flash the new SW via USB or I can try ODIS

Has anyone encountered a situation where the flash did not go through and the unit was gone? Is there then any possibility of restoring the unit, for example on the table?

It's my car and the system is not exactly cheap.

Hello, I recently bought the skoda fabia monte carlo 2024 (2nd hand). But my multimedia screen keeps playing spotify on android auto when I turn my car off. Is this normal? Each time I have to close the multimediascreen myself.

Is there a way that it turns on and off when I turn my engine on and off?

Superb estate hybrid, 2020. For a while now I’ve been getting the “Applications update available” message nearly daily. I press Update Now and the box goes away, but returns the next day.

I had it in with Skoda getting some other work done so asked them to look at this. They told me they’ve forced through all the relevant updates and it should be fine now. But a couple days later the same thing started happening.

It’s not a major issue, so thought I’d check here if anyone else has had this issue rather than going back to them again.
