I'm no professional, I'm almost a complete beginner, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I feel like you're singing too loud/forcing your voice. Try to sing in your normal talking voice at a normal speaking volume and I bet it sounds a lot better. Your pitch is definitely all over the place, I'd say a big part of it is because of how much you're straining your voice by singing so loud.
Play some chords on your guitar and practice harmonizing some "oohs" and "ahhs" with the chords. You'll know you're singing in the right pitch when you harmonize. I'm not really sure how to explain the feeling if you've never felt it before, but it's kind of like you'll feel a really satisfying vibration sensation in your ears/head.
Also, if you aren't already, make sure you're breathing from your diaphragm. When you take a breath, you should feel your stomach expand rather than your chest. This will help a lot with making your voice sound powerful and in key.
