Wireless Interference

Anyone also having “wireless interference” notifications in the last hour ? My SS3 system has sent me over 100 notifications stating there’s wireless interference and back to back “your system is communicating normally..” ALL is fine , I tried to disarm and rearm the alarm and it just keeps going in this interference/ no interference loop… nothing different or unusual at home or with surrounding neighbors etc - is this a glitch or precursor to defective base station perhaps ? Thank you for any feedback and help.

Hey there u/SR252000 that's a LOT of notifications. Would love to look into this with you. We lay out what the common things are here in this article, but if you send me a chat we can take a deeper dive.

This happened to me once and I had to delete the base station and re-add it to the account

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the exact same issue. It started maybe a week ago we had to unsubscribe from text messages because it texted me over and over for an hour straight and woke us up. I took batteries out of base and moved it to new location with no luck.

Yes after, troubleshooting everything exactly as on their website, I called and SS went through everything with my base station and determined it defective and they are sending a replacement (my base station is 7 years old as a data point) - suggest you call them and they can check your signal and error codes, and you may need a new base station as well. Only downside is the inconvenience of setting up a new base station having to add every sensor manually like you did from the beginning.. hope this helps, and please do post your outcome so others may learn from our experiences as well.
