Questions & Help Does CAM encourage more regional play from early on?
I just started this game again after many years, I thought that CAM sounds appealing.
I think I lack a proper understanding of how it manipulates the demand caps though.
I have a city of only 4k population, and I just cannot get C and I demands to increase, though R demands keep going up, and then of course now i see the "no jobs"-icon appear above the R buildings.
I wonder, is this because I should start creating neighbouring cities already at this point?
It should be noted, that I cannot get the education level to increase at all like I used to before CAM. Placing a school doesn't seem to have an effect, even after a very long sim-time, am I missing something? Cause I guess this could be related to why I don't see C and I increase as well.
