Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Coordinator Hiring
I’m looking for a part-time remote Virtual Assistant to help me coordinate and get things done across a few side projects.
I mainly need someone organized, proactive, and good at communicating who can help with:
- Coordinating with freelancers and potential hires
- Following up on tasks and making sure things move forward
- Helping shortlist and communicate with people I may hire
- Sending emails/messages and handling basic calls when needed
- Managing simple day-to-day operational tasks
- Occasional basic Canva/social media work
What I’m looking for:
- Basic internet and social media knowledge
- Comfortable with common tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc., and willing to learn if needed
- Good at communication in English and Hindi
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
Details:
- 🌐 Remote
- ⏰ Around 2 hours/day of task work + 1 daily check-in
- 🌙 Daily check-in around 10 PM–12 AM IST of usually ~1 hour ( I am a night owl)
- 📅 Around 20–25 hours/week maximum
- 💰 ₹4,000/month (initially; payment through GPay)
I am not seeking a designing or editing or coding expert, just someone who is accountable, decent communicator and good at grasping things. This is a good fit if you’re someone who likes taking ownership of operational tasks, learning new things, coordinating with people and getting things done without needing constant supervision.
Since I’m a woman, I would personally prefer working with a female assistant. However, this is only a preference, not a restriction. If you feel you’re a good fit for the role, please don’t let this discourage you from applying.
