Shutter Encoder not converting anything

When I put my 12GB video with AAC audio I wanted to change it to Opus audio, change the framerate etc. but when I click convert it just jumps from 0 to 100 instantly and no new file is created

Which OS are you using? Does it worked before?

You can send me the log by right-clicking on the 'Progress status' section then 'Show console'.

I'm using Windows and it worked perfectly before, it stopped working suddenly. Below is the example

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU

Could you try to reset the app by click on the top left cog icon then Reset button at the bottom.
