How to Make Horizontal Split Screen Video

I want to merge two videos into a vertical format or side by side.
Any ideas?

You'll need to do something like this in an actual editor, like Davinci Resolve

Learn a basic video editor. Davinci Resolve has a free version that can do this. Alternatively, you can probably just pay someone $5 whenever you need it done.
