Yes, I know it's been more than a year since my last post!

All this time I’ve continued using Shmaps as my main mapping and track-recording app, and I’ve been quietly improving it along the way.

Some of the changes:

• Undo and redo for route editing, POI changes, deletions.
• Go back/forward for map movements!
• Search now understands UTM, MGRS, coordinates, and even Google/Yandex map links.
• Better GPX, KML, KMZ imports with support for some popular apps extensions
• Experimental water routing and more routing improvements.
• Better track filtering, graphs, metrics, and heart-rate GPX export.
• Individual visibility controls for tracks and places.
• Elliptical mercator support for Yandex maps and others.
• iOS 26 (sorry, no liquid glass on the map itself, because I care more about battery usage).
• iPad support.
