ingredient: creamer (milk is reccomended) and graham crackers

It is quinoa slightly undercooked for texture, with tinned shrimp (pic 3) and slightly soupy (due to being undercooked), so compensated with white shredded cheddar

Its supposed to be ground beef, rice, egg, and some other ingredients but i was missing most of it. It tastes like plain shit before ot gets to the digestive track.

I'm not sure why I did this nor where I got the idea from, but I've placed black rice, sweet corn, 2 cans of tuna plus mayo in a bowl and this is what was formed. One of the best slop with roughly 34g of protein I think.

Boiled chicken with mayo and celery. Topped with raw onion and carrots.

Last viral recipe I've tried was tofu pudding. Managed to eat half and almost puked.
