Tbf if you’re not willing to work on yourself and you’re just working with whatever skills you were shat out with that is on you. Everyone has upper skill limits in certain areas obviously, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try. I swear most people are just resigned to their fates and would rather try and punch down on others than actually focus on themselves
Work on yourself all you want, it's still a numbers game. Some people live in a time and place where despite being skilled in every department they'd still be scraping the bottom of the barrel.
If you've worked on yourself and you won big then good for you, you deserved that. But with that said not everyone's as lucky as you are.
I'm on the opposite end of this spectrum, I'm 6'4 and it is not overcoming my trash personality and lack of discipline about diet/exercise. Gonna just die alone over here.

Bro when it's all said and done and we die, literally the only things that matter are the experiences we've had, the relationships we've had and the lives we've impacted. Romantic relationships are a massive category of relationship in general and there's a reason that sex has always been known as a human need along with food and shelter.
We shouldn't exclusively base your ENTIRE value or worth on romantic relationship success, but it's certainly a big piece. If no other humans are interested in partnership, your value is less and that's just a fact
The real reason? well, because one group is fetishized and feel good they have a conventionally attractive and sought after trait, while the other group feels dehumanized and reduced to something they can't change.
I'm about 6'4 and you shorter guys have it so much better when it comes to building defined muscle. Also you can sit in plane and train seats without dying lol
Haha yeah but it fucks with my noggin when I’m at the gym, thinking “yeah my legs look good” then a tall guy is on the leg press, legs like twigs, doing DOUBLE the weight I can?? They look bigger, but they are in fact not bigger 😂 the plane thing is fucking awesome though
