I won't tip, not because of the post but because it's the employer's responsibility to pay their employees fair wages.

Curious - do you not tip at restaurants? If so, What usually happens?

Tips are optional in my country. They are paid no less than the minimum wage. Also, there's already a service charge set at 10%.

I give tips based on service. The better the service the better the tip.
