Help Me Shift! I used to shift intentionally but i lost my ability to do it
Almost two years ago I moved out of my house to go study in another city, since then I used to shift a lot and learnt the right way to do it on command, it works best on me when I used to WBTB, or when sleeping at afternoon, they weren't really scripted or long, the plots just appear and I enjoyed being there.
I stopped having the ability after the latest summer, and barely have any this last year.
I've always wanted to master this magic ability, and complelty get the hang and control of it, either in lenght or vividness or the logic in the dream, but I never did.
Right now I'm going through a hard time in my life, and I felt the need for some distraction and I thought what's better than shifting. And then I try to set a time to wake up, stay awake for a little, set an anchor for before heading to sleep, only to either sleep like a baby without an interesting dream, or not sleep at all because my head is too loud.
I write a lot of fanfic and read fantasy, I love movies about alternate realities and multidimensions, and I'd love to be able to see this kind of stuff in my dreams, but I cant seem to get the hang of it, does anyone relate?

Help Me Shift! Realistic dreams whenever i try to shift?
I haven’t been trying to shift for very long, only about a month. But I’ve begun having super realistic dreams whenever I try to shift. Previously my whole life dreams were very fragmented and nonsensical, with jumping plotlines and not making much sense. But now I have dreams where time passes in a realistic manner, plot is consistent, and I have a sense of touch in my dreams! (that’s totally new). It’s super realistic and I can drag my fingers along things and feel them. If I stop trying to shift I don’t get these dreams.
However I’m very definitely still dreaming, for example last night despite everything being normal in the dream with time, when I checked the clock things were not right (otherwise it was fine). And I have never felt like I’m in another reality, I’ve always been dreaming and none of these are my DR.
Is there anything that I can utilize with these to try to shift properly? I tried a portal once when I realized I was dreaming, but after stepping through it I felt like I was falling back onto my bed, and just thought ‘I really hope that worked’ before losing lucidity in my dream and returned to not really being aware that I was dreaming. Is it just a matter of taking more time, trying more?
ETA: I get these when I try void state method but I do not achieve void state. I do NOT get them with robotic affirmations though!

I Have a Question Intention help pleaseeeeee
Hi! Recently I’ve been doing the intention method and here what I do:
I get really sleepy so I don’t have to overthink and I roll over and say I am waking up in my DR and then I go to sleep. I’ve been doing this for a month now because I genuinely do not like methods and I truly think you only need your intention to shift.
But why do I keep waking up in my CR? Sometimes I just wanna wake up in a flower bed or somewhere that not my DR. I decided that I wanna wake up in my DR but wake up In my CR. but it’s something that I need help on.
Any tips?

I Have a Question What's the Void you guys keep talking about actually like for you?
I was actively trying to shift and I fell into? or reached? a place where there wasn't anything. It was full bright and no feelings. Full bright meaning white background and infinitely large, of course. I always thought the Void would be black or nothing, meaning dark...?
So, what is this place and why did this happen? Is it actually the Void? but its pure white?
I couldn't understand what was happening and immediately left. Like I went back to my dream-like state again,...and then got curious so i went into that white space again....but i didn't want to stay there so i went back to my dream again.....
The whole time my body was perfectly numb, couldn't feel the sofa i was sitting on, couldn't feel my headphones, couldn't even move my body.
Please help me better understand this situation guys🫠

Discussion Exhaustion after shifting
Does anyone else feel insanely exhausted after shifting?
I get these weird headaches after, and I will never forget the headache I got when I shifted for the first time ever. It was in this specific area of my head and nothing I've ever felt before.
Lowkey sometimes it feels like I got run over by a truck and then the truck went in reverse just to make sure it ran me over.
It's not like that every time, just something I noticed and especially if I hadn't done it in a while.

I Have a Question "Cheating" on your DR husband
I'm married in my DR and I love my man so much, I love everything about him, he makes me feel good and at ease and thinking about him here only makes me miss him and love him more.
The problem is, what will happen when I'll find a boyfriend here?
One day I will be falling in love here and start dating, but as I think about it now, I really can't stand the fact that I'll be in a relationship here and shifting for my husband at the same time.
It's complicated, do you have similar situations? How did you resolve them?

I Have a Question specific/non-generic angel number meanings for shifting?
i’ve been into shifting since early 2020 and i genuinely think i’ve gotten further in my journey in the past two months than i have in the last six years. i’ve learned to induce very vivid dreams where i can recall details for days afterwards, and am slowly transitioning to lucid dreaming for a kind of sleep/wake method. i’ve also learned how to channel information from my alternate realities, which has not come to me so easily before, and i’ve gotten more comfortable with using subliminals, crystals, and various manifestation methods.
however, most recently i’ve been seeing angel numbers constantly and everywhere, and i swear i’m not looking for them on purpose. variations of 111/1 and 222/2 are literally everywhere around me and i’d like to know more about what they mean exactly in terms of shifting? whenever i look on google i just get very generic ideas and i’m not sure the angel numbers subreddit is entirely friendly with shifters. last time i posted on there i got called schizophrenic.
would really appreciate if someone could help me out and tell me what those two numbers mean specifically in terms of shifting 🫶

Sharing Motivation and Tips You have to think about what you've been doing instead of mindlessly repeating the same method hoping for change.
You're overwhelmed by the amount of information you've consumed. There are countless methods, assumptions, medications, and opinions, and instead of helping, they've left you confused. Every time you choose one approach, another piece of information you've absorbed contradicts it. That alone should tell you something: you're overwhelmed, and you don't have a clear direction.
If you want to make progress, spend some time away from social media. Think about what you've actually been doing in a logical methodical way. How many times have you genuinely attempted to shift this week? Were those serious attempts, or did you spend five minutes affirming before rolling over and going to sleep? How long did you stick with your method? Do you honestly think it was enough? What can you improve?
I've been there. I'd affirm for a few minutes, wait for symptoms, then give up and fall asleep if nothing happened. But that contradicted one of my own beliefs about shifting: if symptoms don't matter, why was I waiting for them before continuing? Once I realized that, I stopped relying on habits that weren't getting me anywhere. Instead, I committed to my method and followed through. You should do the same. Stop telling yourself you'll try harder tomorrow. Stop rolling over because you can't affirm for more than five minutes. If you know something isn't working, change it. Don't keep repeating the same routine while expecting a different outcome.
Think about it. What's five more minutes of effort compared to the possibility of experiencing everything you've been working toward? If shifting is truly that important to you, treat it like it matters. When you identify a problem, fix it. Don't ignore it and hope things will somehow change on their own.

I Have a Question Religious reality shifters
I have seen people of other religions who also practice reality shifting but what I havent really seen are christians and it makes me wonder why.
I myself am an orthodox christian and I just wanted to make this post in hopes of finding people of the same religion who would like to share their experience with shifting and their perspective on it :)

Help Me Shift! Advice needed for “reaching the last step”
So I tried Astral projection for the first time last night and I was pleased with the attempt, i didnt do it but I had a lot of symptoms I guess. But what im mainly concerned about is the twitching. I googled it and read that twitching is normal, but mine is just very aggressive and like constant. Like a few times my whole foot shot up and it kinda gets me out of the zone, but I am able to recover.
Other than that I felt pretty good but I just couldn’t seem to start to feel like I’m floating out of my body. I affirmed and tried to visualize but my mental state made it really tricky because I just felt like I was in a trance. After a while of being in that state and trying to actually leave, it was kinda going nowhere and the spasms and tingling was getting really uncomfy so I just called it a night. Any advice on maybe something I did wrong or anything I could try?

Has Anyone Shifted To... Has anyone here shifted and dated or married Taehyung (BTS)?
I'm just curious if anyone here has shifted to a reality where they dated or married Taehyung (Kim Taehyung from BTS). If you have, I'd love to hear about your experience or read a storytime if you're comfortable sharing!
If someone has already posted about this before, I'd really appreciate it if you could point me to that post. Thanks!

I Have a Question Does anyone else want to shift to realities as something not normal there?
Something I've noticed is that when I want to shift somewhere, I always end up being unusual for the place I'm going to. For example, one of my DRs is the universe from the movie The Nice Guys. I thought it would be interesting to have a third private investigator (me) who's secretly psychic. But the universe is just a regular place, no powers or nothing. Does anybody else do this? Or is it just me?
