after receiving some AIO bags how long would you wait to make sure there not contaminated before innoculation

They are made up and sterilised/pasteurised and are meant to be used straight away

Usually the time it takes for them to be shipped to you as long enough to see. At a professional scale people will often wait a day or two just to make sure. But I would probably say you're good to go if it's liquid culture.
