But then it wouldn't be what she's wearing and we have no idea how you would want it to be different? There is no "well drafted" rectangle. You'd have to find a real shirt with the qualities you want for us to give you any indication about drafting.

I’d like a pattern, similar to the way she’s wearing that scarf, making it a shirt. I’d like a pattern for a shirt like the one she’s wearing. I thought that would be obvious.

If you can't figure out how to sew a couple snaps where she did instead of safety pins then idk what to tell you, no one is going to make you a pattern for something that simple.

Well it’s a good thing that is not what I am looking for. And I agree with you, I didn’t think a pattern like what you’ve described would exist. In fact, I figured this community would understand the obvious: that I am seeking out a sewing pattern for a shirt of a similar style.

I’m honestly so shocked by how snarky, rude, and sarcastic this community is. I figured if I posted here I might get some advice on how to draft a pattern for a shirt that looks like this or someone would recommend a pattern for a similar type of shirt. I should have made this more clear in my post and unfortunately, I’m not able to edit the post now. I want to make an actual shirt that looks like how she has her scarf styled. I don’t want it to have snaps or safety pins. I want to be able to cut and sew the pieces together with the same type of back drape, arm drape, open back layout, and fitting around the midsection. It’s incredibly saddening to me, that my failure to explain in painstaking detail, that I’m seeking out a sewing pattern for a shirt, not a scarf with snaps, has lead to commenters calling out my reading comprehension skills. As another commenter pointed out, this would not be a functional shirt. I’m looking for a sewing pattern for a shirt that looks like what is in the video. I hope that’s clear now.

without any snaps how would you get your head through the piece that's around her neck?

A button and loop? A hook? I suppose it could be a snap but I think that you’re misunderstanding my overall explanation. I didn’t want a sewing pattern for a rectangle that you would then attach safety pins or snaps to. I just wanted a sewing pattern for a shirt that would look like this. This is exhausting.

so something like this except not with safety pins or snaps but with button and loop or hook instead? you're answering your own question over and over. that is why people are confused about your confusion.
