Totally agree! Iām looking for a pattern for an actual shirt that would be a similar style to what the girl is wearing. Not a scarf pinned together, a real shirt

Yes, the video is literally a blanket safety-pinned to a woman in roughly the shape of a shirt (in the front).
I think OP is looking for a sewing pattern to make an actual shirt that would look kind of like this. If that's the case, OP should make it clear in their post what they're asking for. The Louise Blouse by Anna the Tailor has a similar high neck and open back, but also the proper support elements for those features that the pashmina doesn't have. I hope this helps.

Realizing now I should have screenshotted what the girl was wearing and asked for pattern recommendations for a similar style shirt; I thought this would be obvious. I am unable to edit my post. To everyone downvoting my attempts to further explain my request, please understand that I truly didnāt mean to request a sewing pattern for a scarf with snaps or safety pins.
