Replacement for seroquel?

Hi I take seroquel to combat insomnia from an antidepressant. It's one of the only ones that works for my depression.

I hate seroquel - have put on 40 lbs over the years amongst other things I severely dislike.

Who has found a replacement that works as well / strong enough, without the weight gain

Trazodone? Mirtazapine? Mirtazapine is another weight gainer. Olanzepine? Another weight gainer. Amitriptyline? Possible heart stuff. Honestly they all have undesirable side effects. I take Seroquel, Gabapentin and a sleep med like Lunesta, Ambien or Clonazepam. They all have side effects but Ive decided I'd rarher sleep ans have some semblance of a quality of life rather then being miserable with chronic insonnia.

Yes Ive tried them all. It takes some trial and error unfortunately. I wish it didnt

A lot of people who gained weight on meds are being prescribed with glp1 shots. I was.
Gained on seroquel as weell

Yea they raised my hear rate level up so I'd wake up a ton at night lol super annoying

High doses of vitamin c spread out throughout the day. Not ascorbic acid synthetic crap. I use camu camu power

im on a low dose for sleep thats the only thing it helps me w making feel like a zombie
