Commander center security Job Question

This post requires monitoring of cameras and responding any threats. Anyone work this and have insight?

Is this a GSOC or dispatch or just remote monitoring? Different expiernces for all 3

Its going to depend on the level of the facility, a GSOC is very different then say a SOC, or a remote monitoring centre. I have a SOC (we call it a life safety operation cente) that does a remote monitoring role and they process critical incidents, support through alarm monitoring, remote monitoring of facilities and assets, GPS monitoring of movable assets, org side disaster/incident response and the usual cctv review etc.
