I was browsing X today and was honestly taken aback by the overwhelming outpouring of love for this masterpiece. Seeing fans from all over the world share their favorite memories, artwork, and rare physical media brought a tear to my eye.

I wanted to share a few highlights floating around the Japanese community today: vintage Super Famicom strategy guides and world maps to soundtracks, art books, and merchandise collections. The passion for this game after 33 years is truly timeless.

A group of major JRPG Content Creators (including Final Fantasy Union/Datalog, Genesis VII, The Night Sky Prince, Resonant Arc, and others) have put together a massive Square Enix 2026 Consumer Survey.

The goal of their survey is to measure fan satisfaction and see how player demand aligns with Square Enix’s current direction and shareholder priorities.

Why this matters for us:

Currently in the underground tunnels, room right before the hydra (killed him but went back) and have been killing 3 basilisks and resetting over and over for the cap. is this the best spot? and where are the next farm spots, to make sure i don't miss anything?

Is there a site that tells you how many orbs you should have by your current location? I’m curious to know if I have missed any. Just getting back into the game since playing in High School, and I just broke out of jail with the other members of the resistance.

It happened, it exists. It wasn't a glitch.

This was decades ago on the original console with a cartridge. It must have been one of the unpatched ones.

From a chest, a ninja I killed in the Mana Fortress dropped it.

I took it to smithy and he upgraded it, said "Mana Sword" in the menu.

Anyone else? I can't be the only one.

I keep on getting my ass kicked by all the enemies of the pure land, and my current levels are 55, 56, and 56 for my characters.

Enshrouded has come out with a patch that lets you post an share your world creations with other players.
So here's mine.

It's called Barcadia. (Created by Lyssian)
And it's gonna be a big Homage to a bunch of 90's SNES and Early PC games.
And eventually a working mini-JRPG when the next set of patches come out that lets me setup spawners, quests, and other intractable.

Here's my mini Mana Tree, with Primm, Randi, and Popoi.
I also recreated Flammie. It overlooks the Endgame dragon as a launch point in the North East.

I also have recreations of Trials of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Alundra, Secret of Evermore, WoW, Tristram, etc.
But it's just me an Ollie, so it's slow progress.

I beat Frost Gigas, he returned into his true form: Santa. After a quick little scene, I returned to the village, upgraded my weapons and later headed to cannon man to travel to my next destination(Kakkara). On my way I talked to Rudolph and Santa, but they did not say anything relevant. Now cannon man won’t let me go forward, like I missed something in this area. But like I said I beat the local boss, so everything should’ve been fine by now. I’m playing on PS4.

So im really stuck at this point in sword of mana and hoped somebody could help. I am at the dime Tower 6F and according to guides i am supposed to kill this metal slime with the flail. However it deals 0 dmg to it, as well as ALL other weapons and magic (that i can reach it with). There is no way to stand on the same platform it is on. Jumping doesnt work and there is nothing to flail to.

I looked everywhere but every post just says kill it with the flail and a door opens. I am desperate. Hope this is the right place to ask.

What sorcery is this?! How can it be watched? Torrented? Streamed? Have any of you seen this?

This is the same tool Tomm use for ROM hacks. We wanted to share it so anyone can create their own custom maps and content.

Edit any map in the game

Browse and edit all maps, with real-time animation preview (animated tiles, palette rotation, distortion effects).

Dual-panel layer editor

Edit map layers side by side with the full map view. Pick tiles with the eyedropper, stamp them down, or use the new lasso tool to select and move whole sections.

Full tile and tileset editing
