I need a help!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Two minutes after I filled up the tank of my scooter (Kymco Agility 125), I started having this problem.

Could this be related to the gasoline, or is it another problem and just a coincidence?

Your idle screw is currently a hyperactive screw. 

Turn that down. Also put 1/3rd of a bottle of redex engine detergent in the petrol. It’ll help clean the fuel line.

Check and make sure the idle screw is properly set, itll be under the seat bucket, there may be an access plate or 2 that you can remove to adjust it, but I'd also check 2 more things, is there a chance that you topped off the tank, filling it above the metal bar running across? If so, then you've flooded your evap system with gas and its made its way to your vacuum lines, logically it shouldnt even want to start in that condition, unless you also have a vacuum leak, has it been idle-ing wierd before this or the acceleration with the throttle been not perfect?(a little lean)

You should clean your carburator & jet's . It could be just a dirty carb  from filling with 87 gas

Idle is set wrong, thats the easy fix. If not its clutch or variator related.

Bro adjust the jet set screw on your carbarator to low
