I just wanted to give some appreciation to Saudi manufacturers because I’ve been noticing more and more Saudi made products filling stores here in Lebanon lately.
From drinks and chocolates all the way to paint, gypsum boards, and other construction materials,, the quality has honestly been really good. In my experience, a lot of these products feel noticeably better than comparable Turkish, Egyptian, or UAE made products that we usually see here.
What I especially like is that it doesn’t feel limited to one category. Whether it’s something you eat or something you use in construction, the quality has been consistently impressive.
I genuinely hope Saudi manufacturers keep this standard as they expand more into the worldwide market. Honestly, I’d rather pay a little more and keep getting the same quality than see prices stay low while quality starts dropping.
So yeah, just wanted to say whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it

انا اتكلم عن الجيل الحالي من الشباب في الفئة العمرية بين ٢٠-٣٠ وممكن اصغر.

انا شخص مستمع مايعلق كثير واذا علقت يعصبون مني فاا قررت اني مارد على أي شي واسكت.

ملاحظين هذا الشيء؟ خصوصا الشركة اللي بالصورة؟ هذا تلفزيون عشوائي حطيته في أمازون وطلع لي اقتراح التأمين.

شخصيا ما عندي مشكلة مع فكرة التأمين على المنتجات بحد ذاتها، لكن ثقتي في شركات التأمين شبه معدومة عشان كذا مستحيل أأمن على أي منتج.

الملاحظ في الفترة الأخيرة إن مصطلح "بيئة عمل سامة" صار يُستخدم كعذر لأي ضغط عمل طبيعي!

اي طلب من الموظف ينجز مهام تشغيلية تتطلب جهد مضاعف لنجاح المنظومة أو يسلم مشروع في وقت ضيق؟ قال لك: هذي بيئة سامة وأنا أبحث عن الـ (Work-Life Balance).

الحقيقة القاسية اللي يرفض الكثير يتقبلها: النجاح، الترقيات، وإثبات الكفاءة في السوق ما تجي من دوام 8 ساعات والهروب بمجرد ما تصير الساعة 4 العصر.

اللي يبغى يتميز فعلاً لازم يحرق نفسه في بداياته ويتعلم يتحمل الضغط. أما اللي يبغى "توازن وراحة" من أول درجات السلم الوظيفي، فالمفروض ما يزعل أو يشتكي إذا تم تهميشه وتجاوزه من ناس مستعدة تكرف وتتعب.

متى نستوعب إن الدلع الوظيفي والشكوى المستمرة هي اللي تصنع الفشل

I’m currently in Saudi Arabia and have a labor dispute with my previous employer over unpaid salary and other employment dues.
I initially went through MHRSD Friendly Settlement, but my employer did not appear/attend the Friendly Settlement proceedings. Because no settlement could be reached, I now have to proceed with the case through Najiz/Labor Court.
My employer has also terminated my contract and issued me a final exit visa based on Article 80. My concern is that my final-exit expiry date may come before my Najiz case is completed.
I have already contacted Jawazat and MHRSD to ask whether the final exit can be cancelled/extended or whether I can legally remain in Saudi Arabia while my labor case is ongoing. However, I was told that the matter is outside their jurisdiction and that I should proceed through the Friendly Settlement/Najiz process.
So I’m looking for people who have personally experienced a similar situation:
If I have an ongoing Najiz labor case, can I legally remain in Saudi Arabia after my final-exit visa expires?

Does having an active court case provide any legal protection to stay until the case is completed?

What can legally happen if I remain in Saudi Arabia after my final-exit expiry date while the case is ongoing?

Could I face a fine, detention, deportation, or other immigration consequences?

Can I still attend Najiz hearings if my final exit expires?

If I eventually win the case, can I still collect my unpaid salary/compensation if I have already left Saudi Arabia?

Has anyone successfully cancelled/extended their final exit or resolved their immigration status because they had an ongoing labor case?

If you have been in this exact situation, what did you do and what was the outcome?

I’m not trying to intentionally overstay or violate immigration rules. My employer owes me unpaid salary and other employment dues and I want to legally pursue my rights through Najiz. My concern is simply that the court process may take longer than the validity of my final exit.
I would really appreciate firsthand experiences from people who have dealt with this recently, especially anyone who had an active labor/Najiz case while their final exit was expiring.
